MentorRx evolved from a combination of personal and professional experiences. As a young adult, Renee was in a serious car accident, and encountered the world of healthcare first-hand. The influence of her caregivers was profound. Kind words, a caring touch, reassurance during dark days. Simple acts of humanity and compassion made all the difference, and she chose a career in healthcare leadership as a result.
Renee Waller, M.S., mentors leaders by teaching them the critical skills they need to be effective. For more than 12 years, she's built a reputation for providing skilled and practical guidance to healthcare leaders across the country, after having served as a leader in a hospital for 8 years herself. Her speaker evaluations for the American Hospital Association average 6.8/7.0. She's in the 1st Quartile of speakers for the National Healthcare Financial Management Association, with a 93% ranking of Excellent and Above Average. She's spoken for hundreds of hospitals and has a 97% ranking of "highly satisfied" and "classes met stated objectives."
Behind the Scenes
Renee lives in Colorado with her husband and two children. When she's not mentoring leaders, Renee loves to hike, snowshoe and camp in the Rocky Mountains!
